Type: Concert
Televised: No
Venue: Mediolanum Forum

Province: Milan
Country: Italy

Queen + Adam Lambert perform at the sold-out Mediolanum Forum in Assago, Milan. With Adam still recovering from a bout of acute bronchitis that led to the cancellation of a gig in Brussels two days ago, the setlist is tweaked to accomodate his needs.

"Another One Bites the Dust" is omitted from the setlist, while both "These Are the Days of Our Lives" and "A Kind of Magic" are performed by Roger to allow Adam more time to rest. "Who Wants to Live Forever" (not performed at Frankfurt) is however, back in the setlist, as is the "Gimme All Your Love" call-and-response section. For the former, Adam commands the audience to sing the final sections of the song in his place.

Before "Love of My Life", Brian performs an instrumental snippet of Uno Dei Tanti – I (Who Have Nothing).
